一、故障描述

Horizon Daas环境中，当用户登录连接桌面时，报错：ERROR:Desktop is not ready for connection,please wait a few minutes or try again.if problem persists,please contack your Administrator

二、原因

当Daas agent通信异常或桌面内的Daas agent 服务未正常运行时，会触发上述报错。

三、处理

1）vsphere vc登录所涉故障桌面，利用console登录进去；

2）检查Daas agent服务，确保自启动运行

3）检查Daas agent日志，monitoragent.ini文件中TA配置是否正确，或DHCP code呗配置为74，排查相关异常；

4）重启桌面后尝试登录。
