Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in.

     打开设置，选择 FTP over the settings

     选择 ：Generate new certificate

     其他选项随便填，common name 必须要填IP ，不能填域名。

     至于 Key , 一定要把路径选择到根文件夹下保存。

     这样做的好处，两个问题都解决了。
